Package #1 consists of 4 basic lessons. It’s an introduction to Belly dancing and is intended for people who have never danced before and for those who want to get in shape with a fun exercise routine.
These lessons are filled with warm-up exercises, primary movements and techniques and combinations to produce stunning dances and routines.

Package #2 also consists of 4 lessons and is intended for people who already have basic knowledge of belly dancing. This package of lessons would be considered ideal for intermediates.
The warm-up exercises are more intense and the techniques and combinations are more advanced.
It’s a fun way to loose weight, get in shape and become a better dancer. Towards the end of these lessons you would be thought to create your own dance routine.
